Simple Spring Home & Garden Projects to Inspire

With as much time as we’re spending at home these days, it seems a lot of us are using this as an opportunity to do a bit of spring cleaning, reorganizing, and beautifying of our spaces…both inside and out (including those of us at Corner Cartel!) Families are taking advantage of the extra time at home to check long overdue items off the household to-do list, and for many, that extends outdoors to flower beds, chicken coups, and vegetable gardens too.
We find ideas from Pinterest photos of beautifully outfitted homes and gardens…and are left inspired to recreate those images—on some scale—in our own homes. But how do we take a picture-perfect inspiration photo, so full of character and charm, and turn that into something realistic and tangible for our own home and budget? Especially those of us who are, shall we say, creatively challenged?
It’s all in the details. And if we’re being honest, in keeping it nice and simple! In finding the little things that make our hearts sing.

Simple. Inexpensive. Whimsical. Fun. And so easy, we can all do it, right? Imagine finishing off a small garden or outdoor space with several of these small projects hidden throughout…each a treasure waiting to be discovered!

Colorful, vintage art is having a long-overdue resurgence in popularity and layering the old with the new provides that much-coveted warmth and character we all crave.
